Withdrawal policy.
Your statutory right to withdraw from a purchase under UK and EU consumer protection law.
If you are a consumer, you have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason. This statutory right applies under the UK Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 and, for consumers in the EU/EEA, under Directive 2011/83/EU as implemented in your country of residence (in Germany, §§ 355, 312g BGB).
The withdrawal period is 14 days from the day on which you, or a third party designated by you (other than the carrier), take physical possession of the goods.
If your order contains multiple items shipped separately, the withdrawal period begins on the day the final item is received.
Separately, as a goodwill gesture, we offer a voluntary 30-day return window (see our Refund & Return Policy). That voluntary policy never reduces this statutory right.
To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us by means of a clear statement of your decision to withdraw. You may send your notice by email or by post to:
You may use the model withdrawal form in Section 07, but you are not obliged to do so.
To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient that you send your communication before the 14-day period expires.
If you withdraw from this contract, we will refund all payments received from you, including the standard delivery costs (but not any supplementary costs arising if you chose a delivery type other than the least expensive standard delivery we offer).
We will make the refund within 14 days from the day we are informed of your withdrawal. We may, however, withhold the refund until we have received the goods back or you have supplied evidence of having returned them, whichever is the earlier.
Refunds are issued using the same means of payment you used for the original transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise. You will not incur any fees as a result of the refund.
You must return the goods to us without undue delay and no later than 14 days from the day you notify us of your withdrawal.
Please send the goods to:
Beeston, Nottingham NG9 2TG
United Kingdom
You bear the direct cost of returning the goods.
You may inspect and test the goods as you would in a shop. You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from handling beyond what is necessary to establish their nature, characteristics and functioning.
To the extent permitted by applicable law, the right of withdrawal does not apply to, among others:
- goods made to your specifications or clearly personalised;
- sealed goods which are not suitable for return for health-protection or hygiene reasons, if unsealed after delivery;
- goods which, after delivery, are inseparably mixed with other items according to their nature.
These exceptions do not affect your statutory rights in respect of faulty or non-conforming goods.
